Stage 1: Reconnect & Regulate
Stage 2: Rebuild & Re‑Engage
Stage 3: Navigate & Connect
Helping your child feel safe again
This stage is for girls who are overwhelmed, burnt out, shutting down, melting down, or stuck in survival mode.
The goal is simple:
Lower anxiety by helping their brain feel safe.
What we work on
- Understanding that thoughts aren’t facts
- Why their brain is currently seeing danger everywhere
- Rebuilding internal safety and self‑trust
- Meeting basic needs (sleep, food, rest, comfort)
- Reducing sensory and emotional overload
- Reconnecting with themselves after burnout
What this stage includes
- 1:1 coaching (30 minutes, flexible if needed)
- A guided relaxation download
- A parent overview sheet after each session
- Optional gentle activities (never pressure‑based)
Gently widening their world
Once they feel safer internally, we help them reconnect with the things that bring joy, comfort and stability.
What we work on
• Increasing the activities that boost dopamine and calm the nervous system
• Reconnecting with childhood interests (books, films, hobbies)
• Creative expression as a form of regulation
• Building a personalised “survival kit” for daily life
• Reducing exposure to anxiety‑inducing content
• Re‑engaging with the world in small, safe ways
Why this matters
This stage helps them rediscover who they are when they’re not overwhelmed, and rebuild the confidence to exist in the world without masking so hard.
Connecting to her potential
This stage supports girls who are ready to practise real‑world skills without pressure, perfectionism or social overwhelm.
What we work on
• Identifying “safe people” and what safety feels like
• Setting boundaries for socialising (duration, environment, exit plans)
• Understanding conversations as back‑and‑forth exchanges
• Planning for outings: menus, routes, outfits, sensory needs
• Managing energy so they don’t burn out after social time
• Building independence in a way that feels achievable
Why this matters
This is where they learn how to move through the world in a way that protects their energy, honours their needs, and builds genuine confidence.

This first session is a gentle, low‑pressure space for your daughter to meet me and begin sharing what life feels like for her.
It’s designed to help her feel safe, heard and supported from the very beginning.
Parents are welcome to join for part of the session if needed, but the focus is on giving your daughter a calm, comfortable place to start.
With no expectations and no pressure to perform.
Safeguarding Information
Your daughter’s wellbeing and safety sit at the heart of this work.
To ensure full transparency for both the child and their parents, every appointment is transcribed.
This creates a clear record of what was discussed, what tools were used, and how your daughter is progressing.
These notes can also be used by Julia to develop tailored reports, resources and further support tools that meet your child’s specific needs.
It’s a simple, effective way to keep everyone informed, aligned and supported throughout the process.
A full DBS certification for parental peace of mind.
